The Soothing Souls Journey

An 8-week Private Mentorship

Defined by trust, honesty and lasting transformation

This is a private, carefully held space for women who are ready to meet themselves with clarity and depth.

A space where you can step out of noise, pressure, and repetition, and begin to understand what is truly driving your patterns.

If you find yourself returning to alcohol, drugs, or other forms of immediate relief, this work offers a different approach. One that is steady, discreet, and grounded in real change.

There is no judgment, or urgency to perform or fix yourself.

What you are experiencing is not a failure of willpower.

It is a pattern built over time, often in response to overwhelm, emotional strain, or the need to cope.

This journey is about understanding those patterns with precision, and gently replacing them with something more stable, more supportive, and more honest.

What this journey offers...

Over eight weeks, we work together in a structured and highly supportive way. This is not surface-level guidance.
It is a process of careful observation, reflection, and integration.

You will be guided to...

- See your patterns clearly, without distortion or self-judgment.
- Understand the emotional and psychological triggers behind your behaviours.
- Recognise the moments where choice becomes possible.
- Develop the ability to stay present, even when discomfort arises.
- Build a more stable and respectful relationship with yourself.
- Create a daily structure that supports clarity and consistency.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.
Instead, we create the conditions in which change becomes natural and sustainable.

How we work together...

This is a private mentorship, with

- 8 weeks of focused, one-to-one work.
- 16 private sessions, each lasting 60 to 75 minutes.
- Ongoing support between sessions through voice or written messages.
- A confidential, discreet space where you are fully received.

You may arrive feeling...

- Pulled by impulses that feel difficult to interrupt.
- Caught between the desire to change and the inability to follow through.
- Weighed down by shame or self-criticism.
- Emotionally overwhelmed or mentally fatigued.
- Disconnected from your own sense of direction.
- Tired of repeating patterns that no longer reflect who you want to be.

What you will begin to experience...

As we work together, something shifts. Not abruptly, but steadily.
You will begin to notice:

- A greater sense of internal steadiness.
- A clearer and more honest relationship with yourself.
- The ability to pause and choose, rather than react.
- Increased emotional resilience.
- A more grounded and supportive daily rhythm.
- A sense of self-trust that feels real and earned.

This is a quiet transformation. It does not rely on intensity. It is built on consistency, clarity, and depth.

Who is this for?

This is designed for women who:

- Recognise themselves in cycles of alcohol, substance use, or other forms of immediate escape.
- Are ready for change, and want a process that is calm, private, and deeply respectful. - Value discretion, depth, and consistency.
- Are willing to meet themselves with honesty, and stay with the process.
- Seek a more stable, clear, and self-led way of living.

This is for those who are ready to do the work. Without noise, without pressure, and without performance.

We move with intention, allowing space for insight, integration, and realignment.
You are supported throughout, not only during sessions, but in the moments in between, where real life unfolds.
