Over 16 days, we travel from Mumbai to Bhuj, Ahmedabad and Jaipur, meeting master artisans, designers and textile families whose skills have
been passed down through generations.
We enter workshops, ateliers and studios rarely
seen by visitors.
We begin in Mumbai, India's vibrant gateway city, where old textile mills, bustling markets and contemporary design studios sit side by side.
It's here that the journey's rhythm is set,
a first taste of the layers of architecture, craft, commerce and creativity.
In Kutch, we discover a world of extraordinary craft, from Ajrakh block printing and Bandhani tie-dye to handwoven wool, Kala cotton and the intricate embroidery traditions of the region.
In Ahmedabad, we walk through the old city and its traditional markets, tracing the relationship between textiles, architecture, trade and Gujarati culture.
In Jaipur, we explore the world of block printing, visit remarkable designers and concept stores, and witness the extraordinary craftsmanship of Rajasthan.
There will be workshops, demonstrations and opportunities to work with the materials ourselves.
We will print, play, dye and create.
But the heart of the journey is the people.
Master artisans who have devoted their lives to their craft. Families protecting techniques that might otherwise disappear.
Contemporary designers finding new ways to bring ancient knowledge into the present.

Little Big India is India's unstoppable vibrancy manifested and
carried forward, through my heart, soul and body.
I was born in Stockholm and raised in southern Sweden.
I studied International Economics at the University of Göteborg,
then moved to London for most of the 1980s.
I've loved clothes and street fashion since childhood.
Self-taught and endlessly creative, I designed and sewed my own pieces, eventually selling a few to local boutiques.
From 1988, I lived and travelled the globe, spending long chapters
in Geneva, London, Indonesia, Sydney, Venezuela, Paris and the Canary Islands before settling in Palma de Mallorca in 2005.
My career moved through many worlds: managing restaurants, location catering, private palaces and residences, and working in corporate communication, marketing and public relations.
In 2008, destiny called me back to creativity.
A long-held desire led me travelling through India, and moving
across the subcontinent, I fell in love with its warmth, its people
and its extraordinary textiles. I gathered fabrics, garments and jewellery from every region I passed through, searching for a
reason to keep returning.
The answer came naturally: I would travel to source fabric and material, then create clothes and accessories throughout India.
In 2009, I opened my first shop in Palma de Mallorca, expanding
a year later into larger premises on the same street.
From 2010, I supplied handmade, high end Indian garments to a number of prestigious stores, most notably the Boutique at Hotel
Cap Rocat.
In 2018, the hotel's owner, architect and interior designer Antonio Obrador, entrusted me with co-creating and curating the Boutique.
Together we designed a full line of clothing and accessories, and I continued to curate the space until 2024, by which point it had become a benchmark for high end hospitality, cherished by returning guests since the hotel's opening in 2010.
In June 2022, I opened Little Big India in Palma's Old Town, giving a new generation of innovative, sustainable Indian designers a wider stage.
I continue to sell my collections through private showrooms and at
RA MA Yoga Institute in Palma.
Today, my focus lies in creating and guiding curated Textile Tours through India, mostly centred on the artisans of Rajasthan and Gujarat, with itineraries tailored to each traveller's wishes.
